I started seeing Kristen while I was in college. My stress and anxiety were out of control. At the time, the thought of “therapy” felt like I was failing. The first time I met with Kristen, things instantly changed for me. I quickly realized a good therapist listens, supports, and understands their client. That’s exactly what Kristen did for me. I never felt judged or wrong for any thoughts or feelings. She encouraged me to be the best me, and that I can do hard things. We created healthy coping mechanisms for my anxiety, and she was truly there to listen when I felt alone. I am thankful for her services and for being the best support I could have.
